FACILITATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE ENTIRE SALES PROCESS:
- Conduct all viewings of the village and your unit
- Oversee the signing of all documentation:
- Agreement of Sale,
- Use/Occupation Agreement,House Rules, etc and explain all the terms and conditions clearly to the clients
- “Subject to sales”:
- Those clients who need to sell their homes in order to be able to purchase a retirement unit,
- Assisting them with the sale of their properties by way of referring them to competent estate agents in the areas that they reside in and keeping in touch with those agents (and conveyancers) with regards to the progress of the sale
- Guidance and advice to clients (and their families when necessary) every – step – of – the – way, from initial contact until they become residents
- Give feedback to the manager regarding progress of the sale, general issues and concerns of purchasers/residents, etc
- Comply with all applicable legislation particularly The Property Practitioners Act, The FIC Amendment Act of 2017, The Housing Developments Schemes for Retired Persons Act, etc.
- Professional Fee : 4% plus VAT of selling price
LETTING:
We charge a once-off listing fee of R1 000-00 plus VATand list on our website, Property 24, Private Property and our social media pages.
